Eufracio Rara Jr.

Jun obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 1959 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1960. He devoted much of his legal career to government service, with various assignments starting from Technical Assistant in the Office of the President of the Philippines to Regional Director of the Commission on Audit. He also served as Consultant in the Law Department of the National Power Commission for 10 years and as Legal Officer in the Quezon City Government.
