Rodolfo P. Soriano, Jr.

Ruby obtained his Master of Laws from Niigata University (Japan) in 2005, his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas in 2002, and his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas in 1994. He is a Professor of Intellectual Property Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Civil Law of the University of Santo Tomas and was a professor of Pharmacy Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the same university. He was a Food & Drug Regulatory Officer at the then Bureau of Food and Drugs of the Philippines. He is a member of the Congress of Fellows of the Center for International Legal Studies (Austria) and the Japan International Cooperation Center. He is fluent in Japanese.
